Lucy is 15 months

Lucy had her 15 month appt this week and is doing good. Here are her stats.

Weight - 18 lbs 12 oz (3rd percentile)
Height - 29.8 inches (32nd percentile)
Head - 18.3 inches (69th percentile)

She is just a tiny little thing, but the doctor isn't concerned. She is so much fun and has been the best baby ever! She is learning something new everyday. Here are some of the things she is doing right now.

She loves to smile and wave at everyone
She likes to turn in circles, and then claps at herself after
She knows what a doggy says and has almost gotten down what a cat says
She can point to her nose, tongue and belly button
She is running everywhere
She loves to go outside and gets upset whenever anyone leaves and doesn't take her
She loves tomatoes, oranges, string cheese, strawberries
She still takes two naps, most days, which mom likes
Some of her words are please (pees), up (ouf), out (ouf), no, yes (ya), shoes (shoos), juice (juus), mom, dad

We love her more than words can say and are excited for #2 to come to our family!

St George

When I was little, my family would go to St George every May for our vacation. This year, Daniel and Lucy and I got to go down there and spend a week at my mom's time share. It was fun to share that memory with them. My mom was also able to come down for the weekend and hang out with us.

Lucy had a fun time in the pool. She always wanted to be where the other kids were and made lots of friends!

We were able to visit the Johnson Farm Dinosaur tracks
(a little expensive for what you are able to see)
Here is Lucy pushing the stroller, such a big girl!

On Sunday, we drove up to Snow Canyon. It is amazing all the different landscapes that you see on the way. Lucy loved climbing on the rocks and was always trying to get away and climb by herself.

On our trip to Snow Canyon, we took a drive a little further north and saw the Mountain Meadows Massacre site.

"See here I go!"

Lucy ready to head out to the pool!

In the place we stayed, there is a little enclosed patio. Daniel put Lucy out there and went to grab a camera to take a picture and this is what he returned to...

We also visited Brigham Young's winter home while my mom was with us.

We spent Wednesday at Zion National Park. The weather was great and we were able to go on a few of the short hikes. Lucy was a trooper and did really well. On the way to Zion, we stopped at Grafton Ghost town.

We used the grill a couple of nights. One night we had hamburgers and another we made kaboobs...yummy!

Thursday, we drove to Mesquite and went bowling and tried to hit one of the buffets for lunch. Lucy had fun bowling and tried really hard to pick up the bowling balls all be herself.

We had a lot of fun hanging out, swimming and spending time together in St. George. It was so hard to come home and go back to work. Lucy changes almost daily
