Amy passed her National test for interior designing. I am so proud of her she worked so hard studying for that test and we found out last night in an email that she passed it. Just so you know how hard she worked it took about 5 months of her studying for this test and she was still nervous that she wouldn't pass. I love you AMY and Congrats.

10 more weeks!!
I can't believe it, but the baby's due date is now only 10 weeks away! I am not even close to ready. My goal is to spend some time after Christmas and get the necessities (ie car seat) squared away and then everything else will just work itself out, right? I am so excited to see this little girl and find out what she looks like and be able to hold her, but at the same time I am scared to death! I really have no idea what I am doing. We went to BabiesRus awhile ago and I froze in front of the bottle section. I had no idea there were so many different bottles styles and manufacturers! Oh well, I'm sure I will try a few different brands of everything before I figure out what I like.
I finally decided to add a count down to the blog. Hope you enjoy :)
PS - We got a puppy named Bentley (ok it is just a stuffed animal but it is so cute!) More details to come later.

Getting ready for Christmas
I am so excited! I finally got Christmas lights on our house! I bought the lights a couple of years ago, but was never brave enough to get up on the roof and put them up. Then last year, things just got busy and we never got around to it. This weekend, Daniel got up on the roof and put them up and they look great! It is so fun to come home at night and see the lights. Thanks honey! I love them!

GO UTES!!!!!!!
GO UTES!!!!!
It has been an amazing season.
But the BYU Vs. Utah game was one of the best.
A Perfect end to a Perfect season 12-0.
And a #6 spot in the BCS .
Me and Amy before the game.
Me and Amy all dressed up for our last game of the year and it was a cold one.

This weekend was spent putting our house back together after refinishing our floors. Everything we owned was in the family room and friday afternoon, the floors looked fabulous but everything else was a mess. We still haven't got everything put back together, but we are getting closer. Daniel also spent some time this weekend putting the baby's furniture together. He did a great job and the baby's room is starting to look so cute. Only about 3 months left to go!

New wood floors!!!
Daniel spent this last weekend refinishing our wood floors with the help of his friend Scott and my brother Jon. They worked so hard and now, we have beautiful new wood floors!!!!

Our beautiful living room!! This picture is dark because it was night time. I am tempted to throw a dance, just so everyone can see our beautiful new floors and the fabulous job that Daniel did.Monday, November 3, 2008
Weekend in Vernal
This weekend we went to Vernal, for Baby Teslie's blessing. It was fun to hang out with the family and Teslie is so cute and such a good baby. Daniel loved holding her.

It's a girl!!
Today we went in for our ultrasound and found out that we are having a little girl! We are so excited and this sure makes it a lot more real. Our scanner is not hooked up right now, or else I would post some of the pictures, but you can't really tell what anything is anyway. :)

Goodbye Tree
Sadly, the tree that has shaded our house for years and years grew old and died, and needed to be cut down. Here are some before and after pictures of our house.
This is a picture taken many years ago (that is my dad and his twin) you can see the tree in the upper left corner.
This is the tree after being toilet papered (I believe that my dad and his brothers were the culprits)

This is the tree, looking nice and full.
This video show the process of how the tree came down.
This is our house now. Even though the tree wasn't providing much shade or cover near the end, I feel like our house looks naked now.
