Globe trotting....

This is going to be a busy month for me. I leave for Auburn, Alabama tomorrow for work. I am working on a student union building down there and I am going to present the furniture package. Auburn is a cute little town, but it won't be very exciting. However, next week I am going to Washington DC to tour a carpet mill. Our rep just emailed us the name of the hotel we are staying at. This is a picture of one of the rooms. I am excited!! This will be a nice break from the crazy schedule I have been keeping at work lately.

Horray for SPRING!!!

I am not a gardener, and I have a pretty large yard, so as much I as am excited to landscape my yard, I am little overwhelmed. I have no idea where to even begin. I was surprised the other day to be greeted by a lovely little flower in my front yard. I can't take any credit for this flower, because I didn't do anything to help it grow, but isn't it pretty? I have been loving the weather that we have had lately. It has been gorgeous! I hope the weather stays! I am excited for flip flops, walks in the park, playing tennis with Jami [this year is the year we go pro!! :) ], camping, sitting around the fire, and enjoying my yard!

Puppy Love

A few weeks ago, I had a dream that I got a puppy. Now, I have never really been a dog person, but ever since that dream I have been thinking about it more. I am not sure if I am ready for that kind of commitment, but I think it would be fun to have someone to cuddle with at night!. I have been looking online for dogs, just to see what is out there. I think westies are very cute dogs, but I would like to meet one in person and see if I could really handle it.
