Happy Birthday Amy!!!On Oct. 4th was Amy's birthday. I think i have made a cake in the past but i dont think it was as good as this one. I didnt know you had to wait until the cake had cooled to put the frosting on it. So thats why it looks a little special. i covered it after i frosted it and the frosting melted but it really did taste good. It is a yellow cake with cherry frosting. Betty Crocker has the recipe if you are interested.

If you keep up on our blog you would know that our monitor went out last sunday and we have been missing the use of our computer and the internet (especially me because i dont work with one all day long). Today i am posting for the first time from our home with our new monitor.

Daniel I think you cake looks awesome. At least you didn;t make frosting out of hot chocolate mix and put pixie stick all over the top. Ask Amy she will explain!
