6 weeks to go

We have just 6 weeks to go until my due date and it seems to have come so fast. I haven't done anything to prepare for this little baby and it doesn't seem real that we will have a little baby soon (I'm not sure I am ready for the sleepless nights). I think once I get all the baby stuff out it will feel a little more real.

Lucy is so much fun. Lately she has been going around saying "happy, happy, happy" and she has been playing with baby dolls a lot lately, changing diapers and feeding them. Not sure what prompted this, I haven't been teaching her. She likes to make sure you hear her, saying hi, bye, etc wherever she goes in a very loud voice. She likes to say "see lata" when she leaves and gives great hugs and kisses. She likes to sing 'itsy bitsy spider' (or at least do the actions). She has been singing random songs lately and usually she leads the song as she goes with her hand. She loves veggies, especially tomatoes and cucumbers. Whenever she does ring around the rosies, she has to fall all the way down on her tummy and kick her feet. She is good about folding her arms during the prayer, and always like to have mommy and daddy in her room for night time prayers.

We feel so lucky to have her and I look forward to seeing how she is as a big sister. I am excited to hold this new little girl and welcome her to our family. We are so blessed.

I am so excited for you. Lucy in some ways reminds me of Ally. She is so smart. Grace likes itsy bitsy spider too. I love that Lucy says See ya later. That is so cute. Grace is finally folding her arms for prayers and she loves to say Amen, but almost always says it right away before the prayer is done. I can't wait to get the two of our girls back together.
